The swimming pool is in the best corner of the garden and offers a beautiful view on the village of Montepulciano, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. It's large and always caressed by the sun and is protected by a laurel oak hedge. It is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October and it's just metres away from the villa.

The rectangular pool, in PVC, is 6 metres wide, 12 metres long, 1m10 high at the shallow and 1m50 high at the deepest point.

It has got two ladders to enter the water and on a side there are 4 hydro massage scuppers. It has also got internal lights.

It has a chlorine purification system.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a travertine surface located beside a lawn, with a gazebo, sun beds and beach umbrellas. There are also an outdoor solar shower and a comfortable bathroom with hot water not far from the villa.
